Standard non-wedding package similar to the Deluxe Package
Think of baby showers, graduation ceremonies, webinars, church anniversaries, service of songs and similar occasions.
Offering:
- 1 videographer and 1 photographer
- 2 professional grade digital cameras with manual iris, focus and white balance for online streaming or 2 professional grade 3CCD chip cameras with manual iris, focus and white balance
- Live Streaming of the event (if online access is available on location)
- Professional retouching and color correction
- Professional editing of videos and photos
- Personal videographer and photography consulting session
- Fully edited Blue-Ray DVD Master Copy or USB Pen
- 3 hours of on-site video recording and simultaneous digital photography at the event
- 1 print release form
- Online website preview available to friends and family (video and photos)
- $150 per extra hour of on-site recording
- Printed proofs and final prints purchased separately
- Package price – $1,500 paid before service begins
Deposit – Minimum $500 with contract signing
Refund Policy – Cancellations 90 days before the start of service will attract a refund of all deposits after deduction of $50 administrative charges. Between 90 and 15 days before recording commences, the refund will be 50 per cent of the minimum deposit, that is, $250 and any money paid above this minimum deposit. Between 15 and 5 days before recording commences, the refund will be 20 per cent of the minimum deposit, that is, $100 and any money paid above this minimum deposit. If the reservation is cancelled after 5 days or less prior to the booked date for service, the $500 deposit will be forfeited to DallasFoto.com.
Returned Checks: the surcharge for returned checks or cancelled checks is $100 and any other bank charges caused by the inconvenience.
Standard wedding package similar to the Platinum Package
Even though, the church service itself may not last more than 90 minutes, you must remember that video coverage commonly includes preparation sessions for the bride, the bridal party arrival ceremonies, the parents’ sessions, and then the wedding reception which can only start after the wedding photographs have been satisfactorily completed. The clock continues to tick during all of these sessions. Yet, most of them are outside the control of the bride and groom once the program starts. In addition, think about having different photographers escorting the groom’s party versus the bride’s party to the church.

Printing rights
You can purchase the printing rights for your pictures at a cost of $250 for the first 20 pictures and $5 per additional photo in excess of the offerings in the packages.

Additional locations for wedding photography
When purchased at the time of the initial booking is $250 per extra location per hour. The minimum deposit $850 and refund policy cover this additional service as well.

Printing of wedding photos
Online proofs of photographs are complimentary with all packages. They will remain available for 2 weeks after the publication on our website. Optional family proofs may be purchased. We recommend 45 printed copies of 8 x 10 (that is, 8 inches X 10 inches) photos to pass around the various family members as they pick their favorites for final printing.
The Wedding Album

- Standard printing – 36 copies of 8 x 10
